The hamburger is over 100 years old. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. BRU is an ode to our love….the Burger. Paired with a beer, we can’t imagine what could be much better. Welcome to BRU Burger Bar.
Vegan Menu Items:
They have an impossible burger with vegan cheese and vegan mayo. They also have a portobello sandwich. All of their buns are vegan however their fries are cooked in the same basket as their onion rings which contain dairy. They also have a vegan quinoa salad on the menu and you can create your own salad. They also have fruit.
