President Barack Obama first ate at Pi Pizzeria in St. Louis and called to say it was the best pizza he’d ever had. In 2009, Pi Pizzeria was invited to the White House to cook for the first family, the first restaurant to prepare food at the White House.

- Thin cornmeal crust is always vegan
- Deep dish cornmeal crust is vegan, but the deep dish is brushed with butter. Call the restaurant 6 hours in advance if you’d like a vegan deep dish crust to allow the dough to proof properly.
